Ternyata membuat nasi kepal untuk bento sangat praktis, lebih rapi jadi nasinya tidak tercecer kemana2. Ini nasi kepal pertama yang kubuat untuk bento papa, cuma nasi goreng mentega biasa. Nasi putih digoreng dengan mentega dan ditambahin sosis, sedikit kecap asin dan seasoning, aku tambahkan sedikit saus tiram dan merica. Kalo udah matang dicetak pake ring cutter kecil yang agak tinggi, abis dicetak, dikepal kepal dikit biar padat dan bentuknya tidak 'kaku'. Kalo mau bisa dipanggang bentar diatas wajan, jadi nasi bakar. Aku cuma bikin 2 buat trial aja, sapa tau papa ga suka, and he does like it!
